To enable the center to deliver quality services, the center is currently staffed by 21 full-time academic staffs, who have Masters and Doctoral degrees in health, social, behavioral sciences and statistics. Most of them are familiar with research and training methodologies, and more importantly they are used to work in an interdisciplinary context and to deal with most challenging situations in the field - such as living with slum communities in the cities, within the community in the garbage dumpsite areas, jermal platforms, and in communities where incidence of child prostitution is very common.
